This high quality dart 351 based dart shortblock is built with all brand name aftermarket parts. It is built on a Dart SHP block (Sportsman and Iron Eagle also available) with a 4340 forged steel crank, 4340 Forged H Beam Rods and 2618 Forged Wiseco Pistons. The pistons include Wiseco's GFX ring package 1.2mm, 1.2mm, 3mm, which includes a nitrided steel top ring and napier second. Perfect ring package for a street or race application, naturally aspirated or with nitrous, supercharger or turbo. Please take a moment to view the picture to see the attention to detail on the handwork that is done to the dart block before we wash and paint it. This is one of the things that separates us from the rest.
You can choose how complete you want the build. Keep it as just a shortblock or add one or both of these options -
- Custom cam on a billet core, installed and degreed with an 8 way adjustable SA Gear billet timing chain with a torrigton bearing
- Optional Oil Pan Package includes - Moroso Aftermarket Oil Pan with billet end seals (oil drainback for supercharger or turbo can be added), Moroso Oil Pan Pick up, Melling Oil Pump (high voulme, if needed), ARP Oil Pump Bolts, Fel Pro Pan Gasket, ARP Billet Pumpshaft, Timing Chain Cover, Timing Chain Cover Gasket, Fuel Pump Eccentric if using a mechanical fuel pump.
