Trick Flow’s® Twisted Wedge 11R® cylinder heads are the ultimate development of the innovative Twisted Wedge® design. The 11R 205 HD cylinder heads take it one step further with new 2.080"/1.600" Manley Severe Duty stainless steel intake and exhaust valves. They were designed to manage the high pressures and stresses produced by big power adders.

Everything else you’ve come to expect from Twisted Wedge 11R® heads is present and accounted for. The machined castings increase strength and have a billet-like appearance. The combustion chamber and valve layout moves the intake valves away from the cylinder walls to reduce valve shrouding, significantly improving flow at higher lift. Shallow 11° intake/13° exhaust valve angles improve piston-to-valve clearance for high lift cams and reduce chamber volume for improved compression and efficiency. High velocity runners are optimized on the flow bench and dyno proven to outperform the competition on hydraulic roller engines. CNC Competition Ported runners with a premium high-resolution finish guarantee dimensional accuracy and balanced flow from port-to-port for all-out airflow and power. Two combustion chamber volume options allow you to tailor your engine’s compression ratio.

Twisted Wedge 11R® 205 HD heads are compatible with stock pistons with lower lift cams and all Twisted Wedge® specific pistons with cams up to .600" lift.
